1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Platform.
• Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze Platform usage. See Section 6 for details.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to through the Platform (such as API providers) as necessary to facilitate your integrations. We only access data required for the integration to function as designed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its services.
• Process your waitlist registration and onboard you to the Platform.
• Improve, personalize, and expand Platform features and functionality.
• Communicate with you, including service announcements, updates, and support responses.
• Provide marketing support for your published integrations (with your consent).
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Published Integrations: If you publish an integration in Public Mode, your developer name, company, and integration details will be visible to all ApiX-Drive users.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
• Marketing Partners: With your consent, we may share your integration information with marketing partners for promotional activities.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
• With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion request.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes.
• Integration data: Retained for as long as your integration is published, plus 90 days after removal.
• Communication records: Retained for up to 24 months for support quality and legal compliance.

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms.
• Secure data centers with physical security measures.
• Employee training on data protection best practices.

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
